Attorney Anthony (Tony) A. Coletti brings 30 years of legal expertise and knowledge to his practice, which concentrates in the areas of real estate law, business law and estate planning. Tony is the sole practitioner and sole shareholder of the Law Offices of Anthony A. Coletti, S.C. 


Tony practices across Wisconsin in the areas of real estate and contract law, corporate and business law, transactional work, estate planning, real property taxation, and litigation related to each of these areas of law.


Relying upon his experience in real estate and municipal law, Tony serves as sole or lead counsel on numerous real estate development projects wherein he guides clients from the acquisition of their property, through zoning and subdivision approvals, and, when desired through organization of the property as a condominium.  Tony also represents clients in the sale, acquisition, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate.  Additionally Tony  represents landowners in pier and water rights.  He has also successfully represented property owners in boundary line and drainage disputes. 


Tony serves as counsel for condominium and property associations across the state of Wisconsin.  To this end, he advises association boards on issues as varied as enforcement of the rules and regulations, collection of association debts, adoption of amendments to the organizational documents and Americans with Disability Act issues.  With this experience, Tony has served as a regular faculty member in continuing legal education seminars lecturing on condominium law and the formation and operation of condominium and property associations.


Tony advises numerous small businesses, including manufacturers, contractors, and home builders, on issues of corporate and limited liability law, contract negotiation and enforcement, and regulations.


Tony counsels clients on a wide range of estate planning issues, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care and financial powers of attorneys, living wills and health care directives.  He has also guided many families through the probate process.


Tony has also represented clients in lawsuits across the state related to contract enforcement and interpretation, home construction and warranty enforcement, real estate covenants and restrictions, and pier and riparian rights.
